I found from other authors that scrap mods like this one, commonly destroy pre-combines to achieve their goal and in doing that, it creates late game instability issues. When it did load, it crashed every 10 mins or so. My saves corrupted all the time and took forever to create. This mod destroys pre-combines, doesn't it? To achieve the goal of 'scraping everything' it disassembles pre-combines? If so, have you informed your users that mods that do this, will cause serious problems with save game corruption the longer they play? I used another mod just like this called "Scrap Fallout" on my last play-thru and after about 100 hours my game became unplayable.
